Overview

Maybe... Later ("we", "our", or "the app") is designed with your privacy as a priority. We believe your task list is nobody's business but yours. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it's used, and your rights regarding that data.

The short version: we don't collect your data. Everything stays on your device.

Data Storage

All data you create in Maybe... Later — including tasks, categories, locations, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device data storage. Your data is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party service because we don't operate any servers that receive your data.

Information We Do Not Collect

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Account or login credentials (the app has no accounts)
• Task content or any data you enter into the app
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Advertising identifiers
• Device identifiers sent to external services

Location Data

The app may request access to your device's location services. This is used solely to match tasks you've tagged with a location to your current position — for example, surfacing a task when you're near the place you intended to do it. Location data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted externally.

Location access is optional. The app functions fully without it. You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device's Settings.

Third-Party Services

Maybe... Later does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app does not contain ads. We do not share, sell, or otherwise distribute any user data because we do not have access to it.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete individual tasks within the app, or remove all app data by uninstalling Maybe... Later from your device.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected or transmitted, no special provisions for children's data are necessary.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
