Maybe... Later is a personal task management application that allows you to store tasks and retrieve them based on your available time, preferences, and context. The app operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection or user account to function.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose as a personal task management tool. You may not:
All data you create within the app is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We do not have access to, and cannot recover, any data stored in the app. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all associated data.
The app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The app is licensed to you, not sold. This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or logos.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, regardless of the theory of liability.
Your use of the app is also subject to the terms and conditions of the platform from which you downloaded it (e.g., Apple's App Store Terms of Service). In the event of any conflict between these terms and the platform's terms, the platform's terms shall govern with respect to your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the app and delete it from your device at any time.
